Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • B.C. South Peace River

Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

Snow continues over the southern BC Peace this morning. Webcams and observations show 10 to 15 cm has already fallen from this storm. Another 5 cm is expected before the snow eases later this morning.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Highway 97 – Pine Pass

Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected.

Snow will continue until late this morning over Pine Pass with total snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm. The snow will end late this morning once the low pressure centre has moved off into Alberta.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.

Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
