Search and Rescue crews have been joined by a trio of avalanche search dogs after a snowmobilier went missing in the Murray Mountain area near Pine Le Moray Provincial Park, near the Pine Pass.
As of 4 pm on Monday, the specially trained RCMP dogs had arrived at the staging area and were heading out to search for the man who went missing after an avalanche occurred while a group of snowmobilers were out sledding.
High avalanche danger prevented search and rescue from heading out on Sunday after a heavy snowfall and high winds.
